The Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador (Utec), conducts formative or academic research during each school year; in all its schools and faculties; teachers and students participate, applying the scientific method for the search of new knowledge. Research projects are developed whose topics are related to the study programs and are directed by teachers, who at the end of the process, and with the results obtained, write scientific articles, some of which are part of this 64th edition of the environment.
