In this 70th edition of Entorno journal, analyzes are presented, from the legal sciences, of the police function in times of COVID 19, as well as, from Psychology, on the prevalence of anxiety, depression and fear of this deadly disease in the population. In addition, it provides an overview of the current condition of areas such as human capital and higher education offerings in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). We also publish the contributions of health teams in the prevention of variants of violence; about the basic food basket of families in the Salvadoran coastal zone; of food as a right in Mexico; how food and nutrition insecurity is prevented; of burnout syndrome as a modern problem; of the university-business link in the eastern part of El Salvador, among other topics that analyze specific areas and show realities that can change, promoting social impacts.
