- Carry out scientific research that promotes the construction, innovation and application of knowledge, generate critical capacity in students and provide solutions relevant to the needs of society.
- Ensure the impact of institutional research through appropriate coordination and systematic evaluation, in order to ensure the application of its results to the academic, productive, political and social sectors.
- Use good practices and ethical standards in the development of research and seek their integration with teaching and social projection.
- Assign the necessary financial resources for the development of institutional research, either with own funds, from other national and international sources, and from cooperation.

The names and email addresses are entered in this journal and are used exclusively for the purposes established therein and are not provided to third parties or for their use for other purposes.
Plagiarism policies
To deal with a case of plagiarism, the Entorno journal refers to the following:
- When a situation of plagiarism is detected, the authors involved will be immediately informed of the process to be followed.
- The articles will be compared to check the degree of plagiarism.
- All members of the Editorial Board will be informed and will be asked for their comments.
- The documentary evidence will be sent to the authors of the article and they will be asked for a response.
- If the authors are found guilty of plagiarism: A record of the official retraction of the work will be made. The online version of the article will be removed. The journal Entorno will not publish any other article of the authors involved in the plagiarism for the period considered by the Editorial Board.
Usage and download statistics
The journal Entorno, the presentation in each of the articles, the statistics of use and download, the end of the authors and the users of the journal manage to visualize the efficiency criteria of their articles.
