Abstract
This article revolves around the need to consider the current organizations as responsible social entities, as organizations that transmit ethical values applicable not only in business but also in society. There are a number of rules, regulations and codes to be followed to understand the importance of work, organization and monetary exchange. Therefore, ethics and corporate social responsibility are current terms that every company should consider as relevant. In this research an approach to ethics and responsibility in organizations, businesses, etc. will be conducted, with the case of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock District Azogues, including how the authors define this knowledge, which are very important in the company.
