E-government of El Salvador : services

Abstract

Internet and the TIC´s in the last decade have proliferated in all areas of human beings, transcending to the economics, politics, educational and social plans, the service demand on line each time is more required in the new life style more interactive (talking in a digital language), because of that the governments have had to revolutionize their ways of civil approximation, El Salvador is not the exception though with it demand an increase in the service offer on line, the investigation pretend to summarize the services that the actual government offers as part of the modality of Electronic Government principally the ones who make them on line, in the same exploration were found marked differences in the type of the Web Site structure that is showed in each Ministry, like the ones with an interface too elaborated, nevertheless others are flat and not too structured or in cases we can see the links disabled showing the lack of maintenance and actualization. In conclusion  although exist a technological platform that stand the  web services in the different ministers  there isn´t any  standard of structuration or spaces of information, and the number of services on line are strictly limited, a  lot of the services are from information of processes to be realized presently.
