Abstract
The Kyocera AVX company has partially automated manufacturing processes; actions like feeding raw material, loading and unloading finished products, packing, packaging, and storing are carried out by human operators. In several of these processes, a more significant physical effort is required on the part of the operators, this compromises their health and safety as well as the safety of the product, therefore causing waste and deficiency in production planning. Therefore, this study proposes a system that includes mobile and collaborative robot technologies to assist operators in the process and the integration of peripheral components for system control; in this way, physical effort on the part of the operational personnel will be reduced, and productivity will increase.
