Prologue

Abstract

Promoting culture, both in specific and general areas, is essential for personal and social development. In reality, this is as simple as a certain researcher enunciated masterfully: "Growing corn is a cultural act." Although it sounds somewhat redundant, the phrase is well constructed, since the dictionary says of the term cult, in its third meaning: "Said of a plant: That is cultivated". The same is said of a person who reads, who studies, who is formed in his intellect, in principles and values, putting them into practice.
