Abstract

The publication of the Kóot museology journal, in its 10th edition, is very important for the people who work in the Culture Department of the Technological University of El Salvador, Utec; above all, because with this edition we celebrate seven years of disseminating academic thought, inside and outside the Salvadoran borders; so that many can access the knowledge of the social sciences that we publish through the different analyzes or trials of highly prestigious researchers or experts.
They are seven years to come working with a group of very demanding professionals, who strive to deliver in each magazine, the best topics, analysis, research or essays that have been prepared by anthropologists, philosophers, historians, political scientists, journalists, sociologists, among others, so that it can serve as a tool in the interpretation of the reality that exists in modern societies and energized by technologies.
Since 2010, when the No. 1 edition of the Kóot museology magazine was published, we set out to disseminate, not only ideas and events of museology, but also to serve as a link between all professionals and people linked to the world. of museums at national and international level to contribute to revitalize the world of museums in our country and Central America.
